Day 1

Day 2

Morning
Explore Southeast Oahu by taking Kalanianaole Highway to Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, a former volcanic crater filled with aqua waters. Continue to Halona Blowhole where water spouts up to 30 feet in the air from an ancient lava tube and nearby Halona Beach Cove, famed for the love scene in “From Here to Eternity.” Next, hike the Makapuu Point Lighthouse Trail and be rewarded with amazing views of the Windward Coast, offshore islets, and an historic lighthouse. Enjoy fresh plant-based smoothies, bowls, and salads at Ai Love Nalo in Waimanalo before returning to Waikiki.

Afternoon
Book a surf or stand up paddle board lesson in the clear, warm turquoise waters at Waikiki Beach.

Evening

Day 3

Morning
Taxi over to Salt at Our Kakaako, a retail and dining hub, in one of Honolulu’s most exciting urban neighborhoods. Grab breakfast at Morning Brew and then take a walking tour of Kakaako’s colorful outdoor murals with Art World Escape. Shop at locally owned Paiko, Milo, and Lonohana Estate Chocolate before lunch at Chef Peter Merriman’s Moku Kitchen, known for its upcountry Hawaii menu.

Afternoon
Relax on an afternoon catamaran sail right from Waikiki Beach, enjoying onshore views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the Koolau Mountains, and even glimpsing dolphins and green sea turtles as your boat skims across the waves.

Evening
Get set for a multicourse feast with matching wines at romantic Chef Mavro, opened by one of the founders of Hawaii Regional Cuisine who championed the farm-to- table movement in the islands over 25 years ago.

Day 4

Morning-Afternoon
Explore the dramatic Windward Coast and the legendary North Shore. Drive up forested Pali Highway and stop at the Nuuanu Pali Lookout for fantastic Windward Coast vistas. At Gunstock Ranch, enjoy a romantic horseback riding tour and plant a tree in in the Hawaiian Legacy Forest. In Waimea Valley, you can learn how ancient Hawaiians lived sustainably off the land and sea and swim under the waterfall. Drive by famous North Shore surfing beaches Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, and Banzai Pipeline. Evening

Day 5

Morning-Early Afternoon
